She should be your go-to agent too. Even if the house you are buying does not require you to get an agent. Go get her. She will make sure you will not miss out on anything that will make the deal better. I think we changed our minds a couple of times for the exact unit we wanna buy and she made sure we get the same deal, if not, even better. She is knowledgeable with how the market is and options on where to get insurance and other financial help. She will be advocating for your needs especially during the walk.
