Marian Walls was hired to sell my deceased parents' home. Because it was vacant for 2 years, it had many hurdles to selling. She immediately went to work on giving us an on-spot market assessment that enabled us to price the home for quick sale. She also expertly guided us as to what needed to be repaired or left as is. With an older home in a state of disrepair, that guidance was priceless. She used her knowledge of media, her professional contacts and staging knowledge to receive many bids at asking/higher prices.
