We were first time home buyers and new to Michigan. We couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Marian. Marian was very knowledgeable about the Ferndale/Royal Oak/Birmingham neighborhoods. We changed our minds quite a bit on what we were looking for (as I am sure first time buyers typically do) and Marian always had the next property lined up for us to see. She helped us through the entire process and to this day answers any questions that I have ! I would highly recommend her to all of my friends/colleagues!
