It was wonderful going through the experience of selling our first home and purchasing our second one with Mariam. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and I absolutely appreciated her responsiveness throughout the process.

Mariam has been my agent since I purchased my first house in Tracy back in 2012. Before I decided to sell my house in Hayward this year, I would always go to Mariam for advise. She has 15+ years of experience and she's always been there to guide me. She was my go to person when it came to housing market and/or if I had any questions regarding investing/selling properties. When the time came for me to sell my house in Hayward, I decided to reach out to her and hired her as I trust her plus, she is so knowledgeable and been in the market for so long. Not to mention how much I love her work ethics. Trust is very important to me and I know that she is one honest agent out there who wants your best interest. Initially, I wanted to sell my house in Hayward and purchase something in SoCal. Again, she was there to assist me with any questions I had re homes in SoCal, she reviewed comps and advised me to ask the right questions from my agent in SoCal. Later, I decided not to move to SoCal and hired Mariam to find a property here in NorCal. As always, she's been amazing throughout this process. She honest, goes above and beyond and quick with her response time. She pays attention to details, flags anything that I may have missed to make sure I (buyer) make the right decision. She's very hands on.

Mariam is by far the finest realtor in San Joaquin county. It was the second time we worked with her and she was able to find a buyer in just two days with a tenant in place. Before the start of the selling process we received calls from other realtors and they were not even ready to start the task with a tenant in place. On the other hand Mariam was super confident to sell our house with or without a tenant. The bestest thing about Mariam is communication you call/text her 10 times a day she will answer it. As a first time buyer or seller communication is key due to the limited knowledge of the tasks involved and Mariam is an absolute solution to that. Her suggestions are balanced and easy to understand keeping you in mind. Her negotiation skills are outstanding. She was able to sell our house for more than the listing price having multiple offers in hand that too in a petite amount of time. During the entire process it felt like we were working with a friend rather than a realtor. 5 stars for everything and we would highly recommend her services for your real estate essentials.
