I prayed really hard before starting my home search. I asked God to send me an amazing realtor, who would understand me and my needs. My prayers were answered. Buying a home can be stressful, but Mariah and Vanessa made it so easy. They held my hand through the entire process. I always felt like I was with family when I worked with them. They provided advice as a sister or mom not as realtors. My best interest was always the first priority. They never had an issue answering questions and making adjustments for me. Nothing was ever too small or too big. They communicated with so much grace and I never felt I was out of the loop on anything. I can never repay them for their hard work. Where do I begin? I was paired with Miarah Rivas early August 2022. She is very polite and full of energy. We connected from the start. I explained to her what areas I wanted to look into and what my price range was. She made sure to NOT show me anything that was not in my criteria. Before anything we always made sure the houses we looked into were in my budget. She answered every and any questions I had, even after hours! Who does that now a days? Or even at all! I set my eyes on this beautiful house we were ready to call HOME SWEET HOME! Can you believe we closed in less than 21 days!! It was one of the BEST days of my life and Mariah and her team made it all possible. Fighting day in and day out. Even when dealing with her own personal situations, she made sure we came first as her clients. She knew how important this was to my family and I due to having horrible experiences with realtors in the past.
