Maria is extremely knowledgeable about the market and has many connections. Any time I had a question that she didn't have an answer for, she reached out to a colleague and got that answer for me. She went over and beyond to help me with my home search, and always supported me in this very difficult housing market. I truly feel like she's in real estate to help others, which can be rare to find in this area.

Maria is absolutely fantastic. She helped my parents purchase a house a few years ago and was patient and kind while they searched for “the one.” So when it was time to sell our home in Reston, I went straight to Maria. We were moving overseas, so her help was invaluable in timing the sale to make things as easy as possible. Her understanding of the area and market allowed us to better invest in the upgrades that would help the house sell quickly and for the most money. We stepped onto the plane with a great offer in hand and closed quickly. She has an eye for what her clients like, so we will be trusting her with our purchase when we return to Reston in a few years.

Our experience with María was awesome. From first contact until all the final details and issues were completed, she anticipated, advised, enacted and completed all aspects of the sale process. Maria is by far the best realtor I have worked with in the WMA! I 100% recommend her! So many realtors in WMA pressure you to buy quickly and Maria is not that realtor. She was so patient with us. We had a lot of boxes we wanted to check and she was patient and flexible. She offered her honest opinion on each property and always emphasized we should take our time and make the right decision for us. She was willing to see as many houses as we wanted and was flexible around our schedule. She was truly amazing and I can’t recommend her enough. We love the house we chose and owe it all to Maria!!!

I rarely write reviews but Maria deserves to be recognized by her exceptional and professional work. My husband and I were anxious about the process of selling our home in VA living in another state but Maria made this process super smooth and easy and everything was done remotely- we didn’t have to travel to VA at all! She found contractors for us to get the house ready, found a stager that made the house look super appealing, made herself available to receive the new kitchen appliances, advised us about the listing price of the home and so many other things that were outside of her realtor duties that another realtor would probably have not done. We trusted her advice and we are so thankful we did because that led to selling the house in ONE DAY with a selling price that exceeded our expectations and we closed 3 weeks after! Honestly, we cannot recommend her enough. She really knows what she’s doing, she puts the clients first, is flexible and available to support her clients’ needs and is very proactive and responsive with her communication! This whole process was stress free and we are so thankful we chose her to be our realtor. Thank you Maria!
