Our daughter & her husband put their Pikesville MD townhome on the market ca last August, via a well-known Baltimore realtor. The realtor suggested asking $224.9k. I looked at comps and became bewildered as those comp were being listed for $250k - $270k. So I suggested they list it, if memory serves me right, for $265k. For three months nothing happened, even after they lowered the price to $255k. So after they were offered $220k in November, I began to realize that the townhome was not in "selling shape."
