So, the problem with Sellers it that they know it all. They know their house is one of a kind, it's undervalued, it's better than all the rest and even better, they know how to showcase it so that it sells quickly. My advice: keep your mouth shut, complete the Checklist that Maria gives you and your home will invariably sell. And usually very fast. Again, for the slow learners, stop talking and thinking and just follow her advice if you want your home to clear at market clearing price most favorable to you, the Seller. Spoiler: she also guided me as a Buyer and the results were equally static.

As a first offer got derailed by a sudden market crash, and we then eased into the pandemic restrictions, Maria was the utmost in resourcefulness; she worked around shifting restrictions by the real estate community and mayor. The most brilliant thing Maria did was to commission a drone video of our home that literally "walked" prospective buyers through the house so completely, she could then truly restrict an actual viewing to qualified buyers. Bottom line, Maria sold our home at a most difficult time and we got a very decent price for it as a result. Maria is hardworking, responsive, positive, resourceful and deeply wise about Chicago real estate. We give her our top marks.
