We met Maria (and Josh) as the result of reviewing listings in the Palm Beach Hotel Condominium, where she seemed to a omni-present. Our experience could not be more delightful, as she was so professional, responsive and honest in representing both the seller and our interest. The negotations were facilitated by her candid guidance. Her building and association knowledge was excellent, pointing out issues to us in advance. Our closing was occuring at the same time of her wedding, but she was like a swan in both: beautiful to the audience, but paddling like crazy underneath.
