Right from the beginning, we knew we had picked the right real estate agents. Maria and Josh were very knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. They assisted us in selecting the right price point for selling the quickest and counseled us when we needed to adjust the price. Once we completed the listing contract, they moved very quickly to put the listing together with all the necessary information. They then arranged for a photographer to take the most favorable pictures, both inside and outside of the house. Since the house was empty, they digitally created a staged interior that looked amazing. Once the house had an acceptable offer, Maria walked my wife and me through the sale process and stayed with us through the end. We couldn't be more pleased with their support, in fact, we have now listed a second property with them.
