When I accepted a job in Miami, I did not realize we were embarking on buying a house in arguably the most competitive housing market in America. We were lucky to be represented by Maria, who not only knew the areas of Miami that would best suit my family, but also knew how to navigate the incredibly competitive housing market. Then, after we had a contract on a house and ran into issues with the low appraisal and smaller square footage measurement, Maria was able to negotiate a fair sale price that was equally beneficial to both the seller and buyer. She did a phenomenal job for us and she has my highest recommendation for anyone who is seeking to either buy or sell real estate in South Florida.
