Working with Maria was a real pleasure, especially in the crazy market the real estate is now. She was very knowledgeable - not just about the whole process and the deal arrangement, but about every detail of every property we visited: she read all the inspections and did additional research on the neighborhoods (that saved us several times from buying houses with "hidden" flaws).
