My realtor was phenomenal, truly. Maria went above in beyond to get me to the closing (deck). We closed April of 2020, one month into the pandemic and it was a bit of torture for a first time buyer. The seller left EVERYTHING up to my agent. Maria covered the cost of the smoke certification and made sure it got done by face timing the fire chief to get signed off for closing. Maria is very aware of what’s happening in the market and is kind and professional. 10/10 highly recommended! Oh and to top it off, she gifted up a new dining room set to say thank you as a closing gift. It wasn’t the cookie cutter first time home buying experience I had thigh but because of Maria it came to fruition and I’m loving my beautiful new home.
