We came from Pennsylvania, with our 4 kids in tow. On our first day she showed us 8 houses. When we found one we wanted she diligently worked with us, banks, and inspectors to make everything happen during the one week visit. In the weeks to follow she advised us on selling our house, sent reminders, and checked in. Saying that she went above and beyond is an understatement!

I had considered selling my rental home sometime in the future but after receiving a flyer from Maria I decided to give her a call to review my options. After speaking with her, I felt she was very knowledgeable and the perfect realtor to sell my rental property. My situation was a bit complicated because I had renters that were not willing to move out before the end of their lease. But Maria guided me through this lengthy process. She coached me on actions to take until the end of their lease so that when the time came, we were ready to go. When the renters finally moved out, the condition of the home was worse than I expected. Maria referred me to several contractors of which she did all the research. She thoroughly researched them to include using her contacts to make sure they were a good fit. She helped me manage my timing and resources to make sure I maximized my profits. The house was remodeled and put on the market within 6 weeks. When we finally decided on a selling price, I thought she was overly optimistic. But I figured she was the professional and fortunately, I followed her advice. She was spot on! Despite what I thought was a very high selling price, we got an offer the day it went on the market. We also got 3 offers the next day and she diligently made sure to secure back up offers. And since I lived 2 hours away, she always kept herself available for things that came up and we needed someone to be at the house ASAP. She also helped me oversee the contractors and checked on the house periodically once the renovation was complete. She made herself available to be at the house all day for the first week to continue showing the house even after we had an offer (just in case the original offer fell through). I just can't say enough what a great realtor she was. I've bought 8 homes and sold 7 in my lifetime and she was clearly the best! Would highly recommend and definitely use her as my realtor should I decide to sell my current home.
