Maria had an uphill battle with the virus, being a (2) house rental property during uncertain times, but she came through! She is highly professional. It's best in general to let her handle things perhaps in terms of the price (I had to lower mine). She responds quickly, is honest, and willing to show the property if need be. She may know other people in the lending area to help out as well. This is a positive attribute, not all agents seem to have.
