On the sell side of our starter home she provided wonderful resources for staging and photography, was detailed in discovering and highlighting all the work we’d done to the home in the last 10 years, and worked with us to do back to back open houses so I didn’t have to get my littles out of the house too often (or constantly chase after them keeping it stage ready! 😅) for showings. She helped us to mull over the multiple offers we received to choose the best one and kept us calm and informed through hiccups on the way to the closing table. She was always available night or day to answer any and all questions we had through the process. Maria worked tirelessly to get us into our beautiful forever home. Multiple showings in a day for many days a month, and kept watch on the kiddos so Mom and Dad could take a good look around each home. She asked lots of questions to pin point exactly what we were looking for in a home and then was creative with up to the minute information on what was going to make our offer stick out once we found “the one.” She helped us to win a contract on a gorgeous home that checked EVERY item of our wish list!!!
