Maria is a very detail-oriented agent. She did her homework on my property and tracked down comparable sales in the area. We talked through them together and she helped me find the right price to list and the right one to accept. It was very comforting to know that we weren't pulling prices out of the air but accounting for both comparable properties and prevailing market prices. She also maintains regular communication. I never felt like I was out of the loop. She made an effort to stay in contact and let me know what was happening with the property. I did not have to ask for updates. Maria is very professional. She had a great photographer come out to take pictures and the staging was very well done. Everything looked 'first class.' I would also add that Maria is very friendly by nature. You will always find her to be very approachable.
