Maria is a very detail-oriented agent. She did her homework on my property and tracked down comparable sales in the area. We talked through them together and she helped me find the right price to list and the right one to accept. It was very comforting to know that we weren't pulling prices out of the air but accounting for both comparable properties and prevailing market prices. She also maintains regular communication.
