Maria stepped in and went full force. Checked every single house with importance. She checked every house from top to bottom. No matter where she was, traveling, early in the morning. I cannot imagine a more perfect Real Estate Agent!!! Maria went above and beyond all the way through. She helped deal with a very finicky Seller who was absolutely horrible to deal with. She also helped me find last minute contractors when mine bailed on me. Due to the Seller’s high demands, she came to the property numerous times for contractors, even staying 3-8 hours at a time with me...with no heat during cold Michigan weather and no electricity! What a trooper! She even brought drinks and snacks for me and my friends & contractors while we were making some repairs necessary to close the deal on the house. I absolutely recommend Maria! She was such a pleasure to work with, and now that it’s all done...I totally miss her! ^_^ She was the one person I could always rely on over the whole 4 month process.
