Maria Porco Rosa found us a solid buyer for my late mother's house in the Bronx's Williamsbridge section. I was the administrator of the estate. The sale had several complicating factors: I live and work several states away from the Bronx. We had nieces living in the house who we had to assist in moving out. My mother's estate was in probate meaning a court had to approve the house sale. There was also an unclosed permit issue with an extension on the rear of the house. We had seven distributees who all had to sign off on the sale and then another estate that had to be separated from my mother's. Maria was great at working with us through all those various complexities. She also was very communicative. Anytime I texted or emailed her, I got a prompt response. She also knows the market really well and is very realistic about what's possible in terms of sale price. She is utterly professional and reliable. When she says she's going to do something, whether it's showing the house or letting the appraiser in, she does it. The complexity of the deal required a patient buyer who had the cash to do the deal. Maria had an investor who proved to be exactly the kind of buyer we needed. Once we the received the probate court's approval of the sale, we moved forward the closing with very few hiccups. A lot of this was attributable to Maria who delivered us a buyer who was all business. I cannot imagine having a better real estate agent on this transaction than Maria. She was worth every dollar of her commission. I highly recommend her and would use her again without question.
Maria went over and beyond helping us sell our parents home. Communicated daily, Helped with problems and issue that arose. Handled almost everything for us, being we did not live near by.
