Whenever you’re dealing with a realtor, you want to make sure they have your best interest at heart and not how much money they’ll make off your property. When dealing with Maria, I instantly knew she was the right fit for my listing. She made sure I knew what the process would be moving forward with my property and taught me the good and the bad, no matter how bad it would be. We went step by step planning and prioritizing what my property needed to get fixed and what was needed in order to be competitive in the sale of my property. All I can say is that everything she told me to do, I did it. And everything I did was the exact reason I was able to sell my house in record time. The house was not on the market for more than 24 hours when I had multiple offers on the table. I don’t think I could have sold my property any faster or with less headaches than with Maria. Maria was extremely knowledgeable. As soon as we would walk into a property, she would immediately point out things I would have probably never noticed. She pin pointed the good, bad and ugly. Even though at times I didn’t want to hear it! Haha !! many times we fall in love and tend to want to ignore things that are IMPORTANT! We tend to loose sight and even consider going way over market value. She took care of me and my daughter like family! She asked me to be patient that I would find my forever home and she was right! Crazy enough, I was unable to place an offer on the home I fell in love with as I had to take care of some issues on my credit which took longer then expected. The crazy part is that a month later, I found my home THE home ! The one I would not only fall in love with but the one which has all the same characteristics of the first home, same layout and my beautiful brick wall with chimney. I could go on and on. In a world where we unfortunately can’t trust many, I trust and recommend Maria hands down!
