Maria is a very responsible, detail orientated, patient, knowledgeable agent. We met with couple of real estate agents before Maria, who we were not very impressed with. Timing is very important regarding house hunting. Maria never let us down, I called her on a Saturday morning, she answered phone calls and made an appointments immediately. We were really impressed when we went to our first showing with her. She is super knowledgeable about the house. From the structure, pipes, electric painting materials, etc. It was super helpful especially for us first-time home buyers.She showed us where we should pay more attention, and gave many very useful suggestions along the way. When the time came to actually purchase the house, we knew exactly what kind of work it needed to be done. And again, she gave us a list of recommend electricians/plumbers. You can't ask anything more from an agent! We are more than happy with her! Recently, we are thinking of a second purchase, we feel very safe and happy to do business with her. When we work with Maria, she always makes sure we feel prepared and informed.

Maria was lovely to work with. She became part of our family in our hunt for a home. She would allow my husband and I to walk in and get a feel of the home free of any comments or opinions of her own. She made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process.
