I am the executor of my Aunt's estate, which the house on Nolan Ave was part of. I was told by the trust's lawyer to expect about a 1/2 year to a year timeline for selling the house. I'm happy to report that Maria and her group were able to sift through the bureaucracy and endless paperwork that this old house had attached to it (Old building permits that were not signed off etc.) and accomplished the task in under four months. Maria advised us on how to set up the house for displaying and put together a team that was able to do all the necessary construction work the house required to be up to code and to sign off on those open permits. She found a buyer that had the backing and finances to complete the sale for a fair price. Maria was friendly and far exceeded my expectations and I'm sorry that our professional relationship is over.
