Maria helped us purchase our first home, and walked us through every step along the way. We were searching for a fixer-upper, and she was very knowledgeable as she has a lot of experience with rehabs. The home we purchased was for-sale-by-owner, and Maria was extremely helpful in educating the sellers and calming their nerves. She was also able to recommend a few contractors when repairs were needed before we could close. She always took our calls, and made us feel like a priority. Without Maria, I don't think we'd be in our home today.
