Through the whole process, Maria took charge which allowed me to relax and let her and her group handle everything, beginning with staging, photography, showing and presenting offers to me. Also handling the fire dept. inspection and replacing some smoke detectors that were not up to code. I couldn't have been more pleased with her and her office, including Bogie and John.

She would notify all my tenants and meet with the fire inspector, appraisor, and any other things that needed to be handled.
