I graduated from Duquesne University with a B.A. in Integrated Marketing Communication, with a background in advertising, public relations, and effective marketing strategies. Upon working for a few years in the industry as a technical writer, I furthered my education and graduated with an M.Ed. from California University of Pennsylvania.
