10 years ago, Maria helped me buy my first house. I didn't know what I was doing, and she was very knowledgeable and patient with me. That house treated me so well! It came time to move closer to family so I sold my house in 2023. I again contacted Maria, who had stayed in touch over the years with check-in emails as well. It was not a smooth process this time, since contractors caused unexpected damages that prolonged the process. I don't know what I would've done without her! She was very helpful, patient, and supportive during a very stressful time. She was a blessing to have when I had unexpected fixes to the house when I was located in a different state. She was very reliable and genuine in wanting to help me. She was referred to me by several coworkers 10 years ago, and I stand by my support in recommending her to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.
