Maria Minico Hayes has over 12 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. Maria was previously part of a successful commercial real estate team whose clients included big players such as Southland, Precision Tune, Wawa and Royal Farms. Her residential client base includes everyone from first-time homebuyers, to investors, to relocating residents (both local and international). Maria specializes in New Home sales working as both a Builder Representative and Buyers Agent.
Maria started her career in real estate with a management job in a commercial office, and soon thereafter became a fully licensed agent. She grew her residential business quickly and has been a consistent top producer. Maria has managed to increase her production and client base tremendously every year, but her real pride comes from the relationships she has developed. Referrals from her loyal and satisfied clients are what has built her success. In 2016, Maria and her staff closed over 40 transactions and over $14 million in sales.
Maria has a bachelor degree from Salisbury University and has lived in Bel Air for 22 years. She is a member of Harford County Million Dolllar Real Estate Association and serves on numerous charitable & volunteer boards and committees.
