I sold my house and bought another one. Very worried! I was scared of the real estate agents too, as I do not know who the best to ask for help and who would give me honest helps! Ms. Maria McDermott has done a phenomenal job!!! She, by herself, looked for new ways to make my house more valuable, easier for potential buyers. At times, I did not know why she did things her way. It turned out her way is the best way. I do not have a friend to talk to; I have Maria, both on the selling side and the buying side. Any worry, any questions, I asked Maria! This agent deserves above 5-star rating! Should I say anything else?
