We were so impressed with Maria's skills. We felt she went above and beyond to sell our house. Not only did she hold open houses and provide unending flyers, she staged the home and put it on TV several times. She provided weekly updates on the market, current comps and research on realty. She was very respectful of our input on pricing and accepting or denying an offer while giving valuable advice. She also reached out to other realtors to get feedback on their showings of the house. We felt that Maria was involved "actively" selling our home. She did not just list it and let it sell itself. Her dedication and time commitment were admirable! We couldn't be happier with our experience!
