The sale was pretty quick. Maria was thoughtful and personable. She was quick to answer questions and was readily available. Besides the "no shows" from other agents, it went fairly smooth. She was certainly calm and collected when I wasn't. She's jacked everything very professionally.
Maria is a down to earth, good hearted person, who always had my wife and my best interests in mind at all times. She acts more like a dear friend, rather than a salesperson, but don't let that fool you because she is very knowledgeable about the housing market and how to get the job done successfully. Whether buying or selling, she is great at both, I know first hand on both.

When we met Maria we had no idea we were going to be owning a home in the next year thanks to her. We always had a dream of owning our first home but never thought about time frames or how to even begin the process. Maria’s knowledge and encouragement helped us in many ways. She was there throughout the whole process only a phone call away and even in situations where she had nothing to do with, she would find and answer for us!! Always kind and willing to show houses the same day (if property permitted). We felt confident and ready for anything because we had her right there next to us every step of the way and she would always explain what was next before it even happened. We are grateful to have found her and grateful she never gave up on us until we found “the perfect home” (because I will admit we are very picky). All I can say again is thank you Maria, because thanks to you we had the best Christmas ever in our first own home!!
