First Time Buyers

We purchased our first home with Maria. I am so thankful we did, for she cares more about her customer than a sale. She was quick to look at issues in houses that we would have overlooked as first time home buyers. The house we purchased Maria had us tour the day it hit the market, and she had the offer in that night. When under contract, Maria was great about walking us through the steps without us getting overwhelmed, and had the ability to negotiate several items from our inspection. It is a crazy market, but with Marias expertise we were able to get our dream first home.
