We found our dream house, and it was all because of Maria. We spent months searching for our new home. We didn’t think we could find a house we would love as much as we loved our previous house.But throughout the entire process, Maria was patient, kind, understanding, and very helpful. We even thought that we had lost the house we, my husband and I, had agree could be our next home. It was because of Maria’s initiative and desire to help, that we were able to get back in the game and finalize everything without a hiccup. Thank you, Maria!

Maria was awesome, we know how tough the market is right now, we took several months, and countless house visits to finally find our home, but she was always so patient, supportive, and informative with any doubts we had, I really recommend her, she is definitely the type of person that goes the extra mile.

Maria was super patient with me and my family she should us dozens and dozens of condos and even when the first sale fell through because our mortgage loan wasn’t ready yet she still remained positive and continued to show us condos until we found one that met our criteria. Maria was exactly what I was looking for in a realtor. I was buying my first home so I was lost. Once I gave her a description of what I wanted I had listing pouring into my email with calls to go look at houses. she paid very close attention to my needs. I was a little picky but her patience with me out of this world. When I finally got the house that I wanted, I closed and was ready to move in the previous owner were still there moving out. The only thing she said to me was “ don’t worry”. Come 5pm I said let me swing by so I can clean my house before we bring the truck. So I called her and said I am on my way to the house to go clean up and she said ok I am already there. When I got there she was in the house moving and cleaning to make sure I am not upset, that I got my house. But I was upset, because I am a new homeowner I am excited, I want my keys and I want them now (lol). But seeing her over at the house doing everything she could calmed me down. Went in the backyard trash cans are full with bulk that I didn’t wanna see in my new house. All she said was “I’ll take care of it”. The next day I believe everything in the backyard was all gone. Needless to say that she is caring, attentive, dedicated, and very passionate about what she does. Choose her cause she goes above and beyond for her clients. She rocks!!!!
