When we were looking to purchase a home in the Menifee area, I did not have an agent and didn't know where to start. I sent an email through one of the real estate websites and she immediately called me. I had a house I was interested in and we made an appointment to see it within days. After meeting Maria I felt very comfortable with her. She was very knowledgeable regarding the area and was there for us during the entire home search, and always answers my texts or emails with my many, many questions. When we finally found the house we wanted I called her to set up an appointment and found out she was in labor with her son. Long story short, it all went so smoothly you wouldn't have known she just had a baby. She was back and up on her feet within a week, and she and her staff completed everything and we got the house. We used Maria for the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. Having the purchase and sale line up with dates is no easy task , but Maria was able to handle this task with no hiccups at all. She was so organized and made sure all parties were handling their responsibilities, so that our closing dates, went as planned. She truly never skipped a beat with making sure that we felt truly taken care of and informed. She even was following up and was working on stuff hours after having a baby!!!!
