Maria was an excellent realtor she helped me every step of the way in purchasing a new home and was always available for any questions. She negotiated closing cost to keep them low and hooked me up with a mortgage loan officer who got me two grants for my home !! One that went to a down payment and the other for closing... i even got cash back at closing. Overall she was great to work with very savy and organized.
