Due to our HOA the sale of our house was a 6 month process. Maria Jessica was knowledgeable, and on top of her game. She kept us updated with everything happening. She was above and beyond with communicating with our HOA and the buyer. All the unexpected obstacles that were presented due to our HOA insurance, roofing etc, she was there for.
