I was on the search for my first home and like everyones first time experience, was entirely lost. Looking at random units with a friend we stumbled across Maria. Honestly, just with her first impression,it was it for me. Presentable, professional, organized (had print outs of the units, highlights of important information etc) and was(is) SO kind. She was present and available through out the ENTIRE process and assured it went smoothly. Went above and beyond to ask the sellers all necessary questions and was raw and sincere of what things were, important things to keep in mind and her respectful opinion without being too intrusive; she always made sure to say " this is YOUR HOME, take your time, keep looking and you'll know when you find it" Any small bump in the road (which were few) she provided reasoning and hope which was all i could ask for. Every feedback i gave during one showing she found it in the next and ultimately found my property that hit EVERYTHING ON MY LIST to the T. Her knowledge in this industry is so impressive and benefits her clients immensely. I couldn't help but tell her how blessed i was to have found her. I literally could not have imagined this process going anymore smoothly. If it wasnt for her going above and beyond for me it probably wouldn't have.
