She walked through our home, told us what we had to do to declutter our home, and then hired one of the best real estate photographers in the area to take photos of our home. We put our full trust in her and she got it done! Within 24 hours of listing our home, we had a full asking price offer with the contract ratified 12 hours later. The only reason it took so long from contract to closing was because of our out of state move. If it had not been for that, we would have easily closed within 30 days of ratifying the contract. Maria worked effortlessly with the buyers agent and represented us to the fullest degree. We highly recommend her to anyone considering selling their home!
