I originally through that I could handle selling my home alone, but after a while I realized it took a lot more work and dedication than I could put into it. I did not have a lot of available time to answer calls, or take buyers on tours, and I definitely did not spend the time doing any marketing. I had tenants for a few years and decided to have them vacate the home, when I listed my home alone the home was vacant already and it was not selling quick enough. When I first received a call from Maria, I decided I wanted to hear more about what she wanted to offer me because I was tired of doing all of the work alone.
