I knew selling my home and putting my homebased business on hold to buy another house under a contingency offer would be a challenge and I almost didn't do it. However, Maria guided us through the process and made it seem possible even in a hot market where I questioned a contingency offer would even be considered. She worked her magic and got our offer accepted AND got us credits for repairs which I did not expect ANY of. One of the ways she made our offer stand out (I have submitted offers with other realtors when buying my first homeand they did not do this) was by attaching a letter about why our family would fit well into the home. She sold our house quickly by marketing the home and navigated the obstacles we faced professionally and also shouldered the stress for me which I appreciated. At the end of our sale she had the cutest cookies made in the shapes of homes and keys and it was a perfect end to the whole process. Maria helped with the sale of our Uncle's property. Part of the sale involved probate with the siblings of our Uncle who had already passed away. Maria kept all the beneficiaries apprised of the situation and followed through to insure all the documents required by the attorney were completed and submitted to complete the probate. Maria also attended the court proceeding to insure that everything was in order during the sale. We are very grateful for Maria and her diligence in handling the probate portion of the sale and then for continuing her integrity through out the remainder of the sale.
