Maria goes above and beyond any real estate agent I have ever worked with. She took our real estate purchase personally. We had a known issue with our oven. Maria did a full dive into all aspects of the oven: the manufacturer, the costs and the availably of the parts. She made sure we were covered if the oven became an ongoing issue. Maria treated this purchase as if it were her own purchase. She was not just trying to make a sale, she wholeheartedly wanted to make a fit! We absolutely love our unit. Maria was amazing,she was always early at the showing. Helpful with information on the properties. She had patience of a Saint, I know I was picky and she did not get frustrated with me. Once she saw what I like, she was instrumental acquiring the home I wanted. I could not have found my home without her.

It had been over 25 years since we had last needed a real estate agent, so we were a little concerned how the process would go. Very fortunately, we used Maria to sell our property. She was incredibly helpful, professional, caring, and efficient. During our first meeting with us, she was already very prepared with information, and was able to anticipate all our questions and very patiently answered every one of them. She was happy to listen to every question, even before we had signed a contract with her. She was honest as to what to expect throughout the entire process, and made excellent suggestions as to things we could do to get the property ready for sale. She is so good at networking, that the same day the property was listed, we had two offers! I only wish that we had more property to sell, just so we would have the privilege of working with her again. She is an excellent agent - and an excellent person. She always made us feel as though we were her only clients (although obviously we were not). If you're looking for a great agent, you need look no further... hire Maria!
