Maria was heaven sent at a time of not knowing the value of a rental property that was not livable. When I first met her, I could feel she was eager to sell our rental property but never pushed to sell the home for lower than the asking price. She was patient and was willing to negotiate her realtor fees to help us sell our property. Maria has excellent communication skills and always responded every text on a timely manner.
