Maria, how do I put all of the wonderful things about her in words. I will do my best. First, Maria is not just a real estate agent, she's and advocate for the buyer. She really worked to ensure the seller/contractor took no short cuts in the building and finishing process. Being out of town for work and traveling, Maria and Mark ensured I got weekly videos of construction and communicated directly with the contractor as dates and time frames approached. I really felt the expected standard was equal to my standard as a buyer. Second, Maria assisted with communication with the lender. Ensuring closing was done on time and no more extensions were needed from the lender so the contract would stay in place for the purchase. Maria, helped fill in the gaps of knowledge from my end, being a first time buyer, and took the wheel when needed to communicate important details to the lender. Third, but not least, Maria was always available, even after closing day. She has always been a listening ear for frustrations during the process and has continued to be there. From the beginning, her passion for excellence has been evident. She has put it on full display for me to witness during the process and has made it virtually impossible for me to even consider working with another agent during my next home buying experience. Maria was first-rate! I was looking for a second home and she (and her husband Mark) knew just what I would like. After we narrowed down the choices of places that I was interested in, she kept me updated daily (or even more) about possible places that I might like. She was superb with the offers we had to make and once we found the house that I loved, she flawlessly executed everything, from suggesting a mortgage broker to navigating with the title company and the seller. She even helped find me an excellent individual who is helping to update my house! Up until the time we closed she was actively advocating for me. I would 100% work with her again!
