Maria "knocked it out of the park" as our realtor! She provided great advice and counsel and we were able to sell our house in 3 days at a price above the asking price (we got 5 offers at/above list price). I don't know how you can do better than that! We wanted to upgrade our home before the sale but we needed design guidance. Maria helped us make our selections for fixtures & colors and even went with me to Lowe's to help select specific items. She was very responsive & always returned calls/texts in a timely fashion. She also recommended great contractors for items that required repair. Overall, we were extremely pleased with Maria's service and would highly recommend her.
