In the middle of June Maria put the For Sale sign on my lawn . I had many showings that first month. By mid September a had a pre-qualified buyer and by October 7th had the closing. Maria was very helpful, professional and always available. She kept me updated and the paperwork went smoothly. We were on our way to New location in Georgia and the necessary paper was done the day before and money wiring was in place and the closing was a breeze. We are so thankful for the professional, knowledgeable and kind way every thing was handled.
