Maria helped us purchase our home in St Johns and was amazing from start to finish. She was very organized and knew all the questions to ask sellers, builders, and neighborhood welcome center staff. Prior to closing, she gave us the tools to negotiate a home that was move in ready and was up to change on a rapidly changing market. I would recommend Maria in the future if you’re looking to buy in the Jacksonville/St Augustine area. Excellent VA loan knowledge!

Mrs. Maria was absolutely fantastic during the whole process! She was available to answer any questions throughout the day. The best part was she had answers to questions I didn’t even have yet. Her knowledge and experience with the market and VA process made it so much fun to get my first house! It became a smooth learning experience and her team was very helpful as well! I hope we can work together again if/when house number 2 comes up.
