This is the second home Mary Lou has sold for me. If I didn’t know better, I would think the process was a simple one, because with Mary Lou it is! Mary Lou’s knowledge of the market as well as the real estate business is second to none. She must work day and night to accomplish the miracles she has made happen for me. From start to finish I could reach out to Mary Lou with any question or need and she always made me feel like I was number one on her list. Maria De Lou was always available to answer any questions. She was open to visit different properties, in total we went to see about 14 houses. When in doubt with any documents, she was available with just a call to answer all your questions. She cares about her clients and you can tell. She is a people's person, so she can negotiate and always to her customer's favor. I highly recommend her, she will truly make it easy for you.

When a problem presents itself at any time of day or night, she is right on it. She exhibits great empathy when working with clients. This was my family home of 31 years.
