Maria is a former NFL cheerleader, a Miami-Dade College alumni as well as an FIU two time alumni. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree and most recently her Master’s Degree in International Real Estate (MSIRE) from Florida International University (FIU). She is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) as well as earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. In addition, she is a member of the Woman’s Council of Realtors in Miami-Dade. Maria, has also been featured in Miami Agent Magazine several times, including in their annual “Who’s Who” in Miami Real Estate feature for 2017 and the 2nd cover of the Magazine, February 2018.
Finally, Maria is very devoted to her family, a full-time mother and wife and is committed to her faith. She is an active member of her church, volunteering on a weekly basis. “I put my faith first in everything I do” including her brokerage, she says. Cuadra is also in the process of starting a scholarship for single parents to attend College and hopes to finalize the project within the coming years.
