We contacted Maria because of her email newsletter, and quickly decided to have her handle our condo sale. This all had to be done remotely. Maria went into the condo the day after we contracted with her. She and her crew cleaned, staged and photographed the place within a few days. Three days after it was on the market, we accepted an offer. We bought tickets to fly down on March 28th to clean out our personal items and food, but Covid happened and we were forced to cancel our trip. Maria herself (cleaners no longer willing to work) went in and cleaned the place out. She packed up and shipped the items that we wanted to keep, donated the clothing and tossed the food. We closed on the sale in just over a month completely remotely with a lot of help from Maria Costa and the attorney with whom she works.
