We started working with Maria prior to Hurricane Ian which hit us on September 28, 2022. We had a closing date of October 3, 2022. So we had to start from ground zero and Maria was terrific and very helpful during the rebuilding process. We were entertaining offers when Hurricanes Helene and Milton created more havoc; however, Maria was patient and level-headed as we worked through our options. Finally, we were able to sell and close on March 4th, 2024. During the entire time, Maria remained positive, supportive and professional. She was an invaluable resource and guide throughout our home selling journey. She knows the market and works tirelessly on behalf of her clients.
