From the beginning of my process Maria was extremely thorough. She understood I was a first time homebuyer and wanted to look around to see what was available in my budget. She was on top of the ball making sure all the paperwork was properly submitted and alleviating a lot of the stress I would’ve had as a first time home buyer. She also took on the role as my mortgage broker to get me the best possible mortgage rate that I could with the crazy rates that are out there now. Having Maria as not only my realtor but also my mortgage broker was the best decision I made. She is amazing and will help nonstop to make sure everybody from the buyer to the seller is comfortable with the decisions that they made. Maria is an 11 out of 10 in my book.
