From the beginning of my process Maria was extremely thorough. She understood I was a first time homebuyer and wanted to look around to see what was available in my budget. She had shown me multiple locations. There were a few I liked and a few I wasn’t too sure about. She was on top of the ball making sure all the paperwork was properly submitted and alleviating a lot of the stress I would’ve had as a first time home buyer. She also took on the role as my mortgage broker to get me the best possible mortgage rate that I could with the crazy rates that are out there now.
